Want to help shape our community? We are always looking for dedicated neighbors to serve on the Board of Directors or the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

1. The Board of Directors

• Eligibility: You must be a legal owner of a property within Riverchase (on the deed) and be in good financial standing with the HOA (up to date on dues).

• How to Join: Board members are formally elected or appointed to fill vacancies at the annual meeting in October each year. To put your name forward, fill out a Candidate Information Sheet and submit it to Leland Management via email at kbogolub@Lelandmanagement.com.

2. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

• Eligibility: Open to all resident homeowners who want to help maintain our community's aesthetic standards.

• How to Join: The process for the ARC is simple and informal—just attend the next scheduled ARC meeting and let the committee members know you are interested in joining!
