Who We Are

River Chase is a residential community committed to a high standard of living. The River Chase of Tampa Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation run by and for the residents.

How Our Community Works

As homeowners, we are all Members of the Association. This means we all have a stake in how the neighborhood is run. Membership comes automatically with the ownership of your home, giving you voting rights to help shape the future of River Chase.

The daily affairs of the community are managed by a Board of Directors, consisting of residents elected by the community to serve one-year terms. These volunteer directors are responsible for managing the budget, planning maintenance, and upholding our community standards.

What the Association Does

To keep River Chase a desirable place to live, the Association handles several key responsibilities:

• Maintaining Common Areas: We manage the property owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of all owners.

• Water Management: We maintain the community’s surface water management system. This includes the care of our lakes, ponds, and drainage areas to ensure they function properly and meet environmental standards.

• Architectural Standards: To protect the aesthetic character of our neighborhood, the Association reviews and approves exterior changes—such as new fences, additions, or other structures.
